5.2. Utilities - Stock Control

 
The Stock Control Module has a variety of utility features that aim to make the maintenance and management of your Inventory Control as easy and stress-free as possible
 
Use the Purge Data features to reset stock control data, including Stock History and Stock Batch Numbers
 
View the variances between your Actual Costs and Weighted Average Costs, and quickly and easily Recalculate Weighted Average Costs as required
 
Use the Recalculate All Stock Balances utility to scan all transactions for the fiscal year and recalculate the Closing and Opening Balances for all accounting periods
 
Quickly and easily update specific details for all stock items (or a filtered selection of items) using the Edit Field For All Items option - This feature makes it easy to update Selling Prices / Cost Prices in one quick sweep of your inventory, eliminating the need to manually modify each item one at a time
 
Use the Update Selling Prices with Markup % to easily manage and maintain all price markups - Choose to Markup Cost Prices, Markup Selling Prices or enter a New Markup Percentage using this utility
 
Save time and inventory management costs using the handy Copy Stock From Store To Store feature - This enables you to copy Stock Items from an existing store to a new store, retaining ALL Stock Item Details, without carrying Stock Quantities over
