The Edit Field For All Items utility is a powerful feature that allows you to quickly and easily update specific details for all stock items or a selection of items - without having to manually open each item individually
Commonly used when updating your Selling Prices, this feature saves you a great deal of time by allowing you to quickly cycle through all your stock items, rather than having to drill down one at a time within the Maintenance Tab
The extensive filter criteria allows you to pinpoint selected stock items to edit/update, filter by: Store, Category, Stock Item, Group, Supplier and/or Supplier Stock Code
Using the Edit Field For All Items Utility:
Filter Criteria for Editing
Start by entering specific filter criteria - or leave the filter criteria blank to view all fields for all your relevant stock item
To proceed to the first stock item details page, click the "Next" button
View/Edit Details
Here you have all available details for the first stock item, based on your entered filter criteria
Easily modify/update the required details, such as the desired Markup Percentages across the 3-Tier Pricing, the Unit Cost Price, Selling Price and more
Click "OK" to proceed to the next stock item result - or press "Next" to complete the Edit Field process
