While extremely unlikely, should any indexing errors or data corruptions affect your Stock Control Balances, the Recalculate All Stock Balances utility can be run to fix any errors
The Recalculate Stock Balances feature reads the Stock History File, running through all transactions for the current fiscal year, recalculating the Closing and Opening Stock Balances for all fiscal periods - updating your stock levels and accounting reports accordingly
NOTE: The Recalculate All Stock Balances feature should only be run when there are NO other user/s currently accessing the Stock File

The time taken to recalculate all stock balances will depend largely upon the amount of historical data available for the Stock Control Module to run through
