If you're using Recurring Debits for customers and/or customer groups, the Markup Recurring Debits utility feature makes it possible to quickly and easily add a percentage markup across all items included in the selected filter criteria
This eliminates the need to manually select and modify recurring debits for each unique customer and/or customer group one at a time, using the Customer Details Maintenance Section - Saving you time and administrative costs!
Using the Markup Recurring Debit Utility:
Markup Recurring Debits
Assigning your debtors to relevant Customer Groups makes it easy for you to pinpoint the relevant recurring debits that require markup
Once you've entered the Group Code Range, assign the desired Markup Percentage and click "Ok"
The Markup is applied immediately, meaning that if you apply the markup multiple times, each time it will increase by the entered percentage
If no Group Code Range is entered, all your created Recurring Debits will receive the entered Markup Percentage
