Easily view and query all stock items using the Stock Category Code Query section
View a concise Accounting Summary for each inventory item, including:
- Stock Available
- Reserved Stock
- Quantity on Order
- Date Ordered & Date Expected
- 3-Tier Selling Price
- Unit Type & Packsize
- Supplier Stock Code & Creditor Code
- Lead Time (in weeks)
- Cost Price
- Weighted Average Cost Price
For sensitivity-purposes, the Cost Price of an item will be hidden when in this query window
Toggle the Cost Price on and off using the “F2” hotkey, or by clicking on the “Costs” checkbox
Easily enter any relevant Inventory Notes for each unique stock item
Besides the accounting-related summary, the Stock Item Details also enable you to quickly and easily identify all inventory management-related details for each unique item, including:
- Category, Stock & Group Code
- Item Description
- Closing Stock Balance
- Bin Location
- Specific 3-Tier Markup Percentages
- Annual Opening Balance
- Date of Last Sale & Purchase
- Alternate Stock Code
- Costing Type
- Specified Safe Stock Percentage and Automatic Re-Order Criteria
Speed up the process further by identifying how you wish to sort the listed items, either by Category and Stock Code, Group Code, Description or Bin Location
Hone in on your specific stock items further by Filtering by Store Code and/or by Group Code
