Easily copy the Master Code List from the Sample Account to bring in all the typical accounts you may require, thus speeding up the General Ledger company creation process
Account Codes copied from the Sample Company are entirely flexible - easily modify and existing account and/or insert additional company-specific accounts with ease, as necessary
As Win Accounting offers Multi-Company creation, this Copy Master Code List feature is extremely handy when you wish to create a new/secondary company, with the same accounts as an existing company
Using the Copy Master Code List utility will only copy over the Account Codes into your current company's Chart of Accounts - No data or financial information will copy over
Note: this feature only copies - and does not replace - accounts/account codes. Any existing accounts already added to your Chart of Accounts will remain unchanged

Copying the Master Code List from an existing company is easy, simply select/click on the company that you wish to copy from - and click the "Copy" button
Easily verify the company that you will be copying the selected codes to by viewing the "Current Company ID name shown on the Copy Master Code List window
Once the Code List has been copied, view the Chart of Accounts within the General Ledger Maintenance Tab to view the new accounts
