Viewing Customer Details
View an easy-to-read list of all your Customers added to the Customer Details List
From here you can quickly search for specific Customer Codes, Insert/Modify/Delete Customers, and query your customer results to hone in on the relevant details
Inserting/Updating Customers
When inserting a new Customer, you will be required to enter the Unique Debtor Account Code, as well as the Debtor's Name
While the rest of the information isn't required, filling it in will better unlock the full potential of the Win Acc Debtors Control Module:
Easily set the Account Type
Balance Forward: transaction information is retained only for the current period, which is then consolidated into an account total and brought forward at the beginning of each subsequent period
Open Item: Individual transaction information saved and detailed on customer statements until it's removed through paid transaction removal

Win Accounting is only as powerful as you make it, with this in mind, don't forget to move through the additional tabs when adding a new client
Set up unique Client Credit Limits with ease - this is a key tool in avoiding overdue invoices or bad debts
Credit granted to a client is similar to a financial loan that is resorbed only after bills are paid, setting up credit limits ensures credit amounts are consistent with the financial capacities of each client
Choose to include Automatic Interest Run, this will automatically create invoices for interest on overdue invoices, keeping the references tied together for clarity
If you're integrating with the Win Acc Stock Control Module you can choose the Default Selling Price for the respective client, choosing from the 3-tier selling price options set in your Stock Control
Choose whether you have sub-stock or Preferred Pricing set for this client with a simple click of a button

Set the unique Settlement Discount Percentage for the relevant client on Page 3
Here you can also set the Settlement Terms of the discount
(these settings are flexible, and can be modified at document-level, should it be required)
Choose whether this Client is a Large Debtor or not - keep all client's defaulted as "no" here, unless specified to change by a Win Acc Support Member
Add any additional Client Notes or important information in the two User Fields provided
Using Your Client Codes
When creating a new debtors document, whether it's an Invoice, Credit Note, Quotation or Order, you'll be able to select your desired client by entering their unique Client Code
To speed up Document Capture process, either use the handy Debtor Code Lookup button, or simply enter the Client Code (or part of the code) in the Code Section to find the relevant code quickly and easily
Once you've selected your desired client, all their relevant information will automatically populate the document, saving time and eliminating any human error!
Customer Detail Reports
Customer Analysis Report:
Keep track of every sale ever made with the Customer Analysis Report, easily evaluate the amount of sales made, the number of units sold, the discounts provided, VAT amounts and much more
This report provides a concise rundown of every transaction between you and your clients, for the accounting period/date specified
This information can prove vital when making business, marketing or financial decisions, and can help boost customer retention by painting a clearer picture of your customers' financial capacities
