When you first select the Stock Control Module for a new company, the System Parameters window will automatically appear - This is because certain information is required before the Win Accounting Stock Control Module can be used
Required System Parameter Details include:
- Company Name
- Default Store Code (default store automatically set as "Main Store" if none are entered/selected)
- Open To Buy Category Code (default category automatically set as "Buyouts / Services / Non Stock" if none are entered/selected)
Easily refer back to, or update/modify your Stock System Parameters using the System Settings top menu dropdown

Add your Address and Contact Details
Set the Fiscal Month Start and set your Default Store and Open Buy Category codes
All Default Codes set in the System Parameters are flexible, and can be modified on-the-fly when necessary
Easily add your default 3-Tier Markup Percentage on Price details
Here you can also set the Selling Price decimal place rounding on Receipts and where applicable, cost price will recurse account sub-assembly and be rounded off to the set decimal place
