6.2.3. Synchronize Document Log File

 
While extremely unlikely, should your document log file go out of synch, the Synchronize Doc Log File utility features allows you to quickly and easily rebuild the log file
 
Your document log file may go out of synch when using automatic incremented document numbers, or when using dates as document numbers
 
Although this feature will likely never need to be used, Win Accounting Support may instruct you to run this feature in certain circumstances

Once the menu option is selected, simply click "Ok" to run the synchroniser tool
 
As stated, this procedure scans the current users Temporary Document Files, as well as all History Document Files, checking to make sure that they all have LOG Records against them
